At Showerbuddy, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
